The Lucky's Attic Thrift Shop just moved to its new location inside the Mountaineer Mall. See some fun pictures from this great 'new opening' day. This new larger location will allow us to better serve our customers and continue to support the Animal Friends Sanctuary and other Animal Friends activities that provide refuge, aid, and care for unwanted, abandoned, and abused animals. Lucky's was established in 2003 by Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia to help raise funds to build, maintain and later expand the Animal Friends Sanctuary -A No-Kill Shelter. Since then Luckys Attic has received such tremendous support from the community- through donations of items such as household goods, furniture, jewelry, linens, books and more- that it has outgrown its current space.  Lucky's is such a great place to shop - our volunteers are excited about what they do and it shows!! Thrift Store HoursTuesday and Thursday - 11:30 am to 5 pmFriday - 11:30 am to 6 pm Saturday - 10 am to 5 pm To Make A DonationWe accept donations during business hours, but we also can make special arrangements to pick up large items, like furniture.Because we have limited space and manpower, we do not accept clothing or computer equipment.
