Phil Weser, president of March-Westin Company, read an article in the Dominion Post "Poodle's health wins; puddles remain at animal shelter."

He decided to take action to help Animal Friends and donated all of the building materials for the new roof and provided workers to complete the job. Jim Thaler, March-Westin's general superintendent, was in charge of purchasing all of the materials, equipment and coordinating the labor for the project.

It has always been a priority for March-Westin to give back to the community and to help promote good causes. "We feel fortunate to be a small part of providing a nice home for these deserving animals."
