Our Brewer Road facility has been a safe haven for [x] years. Now it's time to grow and give even more animals a second chance at life.
Over the past year, we’ve begun plans to build a new shelter to accommodate the ever-increasing need. The proposed facility will be a 6,700 square foot, two-story building with modern amenities for both dogs and cats. The first floor will feature five dog rooms, a play/training room, a senior dog room, food preparation area, exterior fenced-in dog pens, a fenced-in play yard, and support rooms for laundry, grooming, and medical isolation. On the second floor, the focus shifts to cats and mixed-use spaces, with four kitten rooms, two adult cat rooms, a screened-in catio porch, intake room, and puppy/kitten nurseries. The second floor also houses day-to-day operations as well as a lobby.
